크로아티아 인증

이전 크로아티아의 주요 인증 제도는 구 유고슬라비아 제도(350개의 법규, 13,000표준)를
사용 하였으나 현재 2500개의 표준을 삭제하고, 9000여 개의 신규 표준을 새로 창출했다.
현 크로아티아 표준화 법은 1996년 6월 28일 개정법에 근거하여 운용되고 있다.
크로아티아로 수입되는 제품 중의 하기의 55개의 제품군의 경우 각 품목별 지정 공식
검사소에서 품질 적격 평가(Conformity Assessment)를 통과한 후 크로아티아 수입 허가
인증을 획득해야만 한다.

□ 크로아티아 인증 심벌
크로아티아 인증에 통과한 제조업체는 아래와 같은 “C” 마크를 제품포장에 부착하여야
한다. CE 인증을 받았더라도 “C”마크를 의무적으로 부착해야만 한다.

□ 일반적인 전기 및 전자제품의 경우, EMC 및 전기안정 인증획득 필요

- 제품 테스트 및 인증 비용 : 183유로 (부가세 22% 포함)
ㅇ 전기 안전(electrical safety) 인증 획득 필요

기술 관련 서류 및 샘플제출은 불필요하며 관련 검사비용도 20% 할인해 준다.

ㅇ 크로아티아 법에 따르면 가전제품 및 전자제품의 경우, 무상 품질보증기간이 1년이며
수입 후 5년간 관련 부품의 공급이 가능해야 한다고 명시되어 있다. 품질보증서는
크로아티아 수입상이 독점 발급한다.
