HTTC is dedicated to providing services, information and personal assistance to foreign investors and technology licensing teams that are seeking partners and considering Korea as a possible business location for future cooperative activities.

Our mission is to introduce Korean universities, research institutes, corporations, and hospitals using developed technology. We also support these corporations and organizations in their efforts to collaborate with each other based on their technologies.

The HTTC works closely with its clients to define partnership priorities, then employs an aggressive, through partnership development process.

Identification - In addition to drawing on its already established network of relationships in pursuit of an ideal partner for a client, the HTTC develops marketing tools to draw in new prospects. These include technical support packages and web services in addition to partnering events.
Qualification - Once a group of potential partners is determined, the HTTC further refines the list by evaluating the identified organizations based on predefined criteria. Through direct contact, the HTTC determines the company’s level of interest in the partnership. Non-confidential materials are also created and disseminated to the potential partner, outlining the technology and its applications.
Facilitation of Partnerships - Once an identified and qualified entity expresses interest in working with the client, the HTTC facilitates the partnership. Information is disseminated and communications are managed, including the structuring of confidentiality agreements, conference calls and company/client visiting, with the goal of assisting both parties to form a partnership agreement.
Agreement Support - The HTTC continues supporting the client and partner throughout the preparation and finalization of a license or other desired agreement, keeping the process moving forward in a timely manner.
