🚑 From ambulance to ER, AI is racing to save the golden hour

On June 12, the K-Health MIRAE Initiative MAISTER project team demonstrated what we've been building, live at Kyungpook National University Hospital in Daegu.

Here's the problem we're solving. Paramedics record vitals by hand. They call hospital after hospital, one by one, just to find a bed. And every minute spent on that call is a minute the patient doesn't have.

That's exactly what SAVE-R was built to solve. From the moment a patient is loaded into the ambulance to the moment they reach the ER, one AI system keeps the information moving — so they end up at the right hospital, not just the nearest one.

🚑 구급차에서 응급실까지, 골든타임을 지키는 AI

지난 6월 12일 대구 경북대병원에서 K-헬스미래추진단이 한국형 ARPA-H 프로젝트 '마이스터(MAISTER)'의 핵심 성과를 공개했습니다.

기존에는 구급대원이 환자 상태를 수기로 기록하고, 병원마다 전화를 돌려 수용 여부를 확인해야 했습니다. 그 사이 흘러가는 시간 속에서 골든타임은 점점 줄어들었습니다.

이를 해결하기 위해 개발된 AI 플랫폼 '세이버(SAVE-R)'는 응급환자가 권역 내에서 보다 빠르고 안전하게 치료받을 수 있도록 소방 구급 현장부터 응급의료 현장까지 전 과정을 AI 시스템으로 유기적으로 통합합니다.
